Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

We are an Ann Arbor family looking for a joyful, organized, and responsible full-time nanny to join our home as an extension of our family, caring for our twin 1-year-old girls! Both parents work remotely, so we value open communication, mutual trust, and a proactive caregiver who feels comfortable leading the girls' daily rhythm independently. Responsibilities: - Maintain a structured routine (naps, outdoor play, sensory activities, reading). - Prepare toddler meals/snacks and handle light child-related cleanup. - Experience with multiples/twins is a huge plus and strongly preferred. - Must be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs (handling two active toddlers).
