In this role, you'll help students navigate the financial aid process, understand their educational funding options, and support them from enrollment through graduation.

What You'll Be Doing

Meet with prospective and current students to discuss educational costs and financing options

Guide students and families through the FAFSA process and assist with required paperwork

Determine eligibility for Federal Student Aid programs and resolve application issues

Process financial aid documentation, including:

Verifications
Award Letters
Loan Originations
Funding Requirements

Follow up with students to ensure all required documents are completed on time

Support student work-study programs and coordinate with HR as needed

Conduct exit counseling for graduating students and review loan repayment information

Stay current on financial aid regulations and compliance requirements

Participate in new student orientations and informational presentations

Collaborate with admissions, enrollment, and student services teams to deliver exceptional support

What We're Looking For

1+ Year of Customer Service Experience (Face-to-Face Preferred)

Strong Computer and Data Entry Skills

Ability to Obtain and Maintain Access to Secure Government Systems

Fluent English Communication Skills

Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills

Excellent Attention to Detail

Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities in a Fast-Paced Environment

Professional and Compassionate Customer Service Approach
