Project Manager

Project Manager | Davis, CA (Hybrid)

Building Talent is working with an established architecture firm seeking a Project Manager for its Davis office.

In this role, you'll lead architectural projects from start to finish and own quality, schedules, budgets, and client relationships. You'll be the main contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies. You'll guide and mentor project teams, write fee proposals, track labor budgets against scope, lead client presentations, and oversee construction administration through closeout.

Candidates should have:

• 8+ years of professional architectural experience
• A track record managing teams, schedules, budgets, consultants, and client relationships
• Construction administration experience, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs, site visits, and punch walks
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, building systems, detailing, materials, and California building codes
• Advanced Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A degree in architecture (preferred); licensure is a plus but not required

This is a hybrid position based in Davis, with a flexible work schedule. Candidates must currently live in the Sacramento area and be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.
