Responsibilities
- Aid physicians in diagnosis and treatment of heart, lung, and blood vessel disorders by conducting invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests of cardiovascular and pulmonary systems.
- Operate x-ray and physiological equipment with attention to safety and quality control.
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under physician supervision.
- Maintain equipment and keep accurate records of test results and patient data.
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to support patient care and workflow.
