Position Overview

TRC Talent Solutions is hiring Temporary Packing Associates for a short-term project. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates who are detail-oriented, able to stay focused, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

The project is expected to last approximately 12 weeks, with the possibility of extension for associates who perform well and based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Pack lightweight products weighing approximately 4 oz. each

• Carefully inspect and handle products during the packing process

• Follow packing instructions and procedures accurately

• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the shift

• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality and productivity

• Keep the work area clean and organized

• Follow all safety and workplace guidelines

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to remain focused on the same assignment throughout the day

• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently

• Comfortable performing repetitive packing work

• Must be available to start Monday at 8:00 AM

• Must be available for the full duration of the 12 week project

Compensation

$17.00 per hour

This is a temporary project assignment. High-performing associates may be considered for an extension depending on individual performance and business needs.
