Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures according to protocol, ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging; operate Phillips MRI systems.
- Manage patient comfort, contrast administration as needed, and adherence to safety guidelines (including BLS-related practices).
- Document procedures and enter data accurately in the Epic EMR system, with attention to unit standards and workflow.
- Collaborate with radiology and patient-care teams to support efficient patient flow and complete examinations timely.
- No on-call requirement; weekend coverage 1–2 weekends per month, with a minimum every other weekend; schedule may be adjusted to meet unit needs.
- Float between Inpatient (Main Campus) and Outpatient (Tilley Dr, Fanny Allen) locations as needed, maintaining flexibility to support service levels.

Requirements
- BLS certification
- ARRT or ARMRIT license for MRI; MR advanced licensure required
- Phillips MRI system experience required (in the past year; will consider up to 2 years if necessary)
- Epic experience within the past 2 years
- Minimum 1 year of MRI tech experience; teaching hospital experience preferred
- Prior travel experience is preferred
- Must be able to work in a hospital imaging environment; reliable transportation required for assignments with varying location access
