Babysitter Needed

Upfront, my wife recently passed away. I am concerned about the gap in care for our 11yo girl. It's already an awkward time of life. I sometimes need to travel for work - always on weekends, and I'd like to ensure continuity of care. Speaking a foreign language is a plus. Having a car and safe driving record is a must. We have 2 cats. In terms of personal qualities, these are important: empathy, creativity and flexibility.
