Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and motivated Waste Technician / Forklift Operator for a manufacturing facility in Spring Hill, TN. This position involves collecting, handling, and transporting waste materials for proper disposal or treatment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect and handle waste materials throughout the facility.
• Operate a forklift to transport waste and materials safely.
• Transport waste to designated disposal or treatment areas.
• Ensure waste materials are handled and disposed of according to established procedures.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Dependable with a strong attendance record and punctuality.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or waste-handling experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to perform physical tasks involving loading, handling, and disposing of waste materials.
• Ability to work up to 12 hours per shift.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including any required pre-employment physical examination.
