Job Objective: Committed to being part of a positive working environment while providing quality products and meeting customers’ schedule. The position will work in a variety of shops as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

·         Good mechanical skills.

·         Good communication skills.

·         Reading part numbers and shipping the correct quantities, Reading, and understanding specifications on shop router. Pressure testing tube and duct assemblies. Keeping logs on testing results and clock parts on computer.

·         Occasional lifting to 50lbs, Able to load and unload baskets.

·         Standing for extended periods of time

·         Processing various parts through various chemicals

·         Performing chemical testing & maintenance of chemical cleaning tanks

·         Loading and unloading various parts into processing baskets

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·         Good mechanical skills

·         Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

·         Ability to understand and follow directions to complete assigned task.

·         Ability to count and assure the correct quantity and part numbers are shipped.

·         Ability to learn how to operate Pressure Test stations and equipment.

Work Environment:

·         Usual working days/hours: Monday thru Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm; or Tuesday thru Friday 6:00am – 4:30pm. Working hours are subject to change based company needs, may require working on Saturday and Sunday.

·         Manufacturing shop environment

·         Frequently walks throughout the shop.

·         High noise, dust, and heat levels

Equipment:

·         Pressure Test stations: Hydrostatic, Pneumatic, and Vacuum. Plumber’s plugs, a variety of other pressure test tooling, Power Washer, Drying oven.

Requirements

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         Prior aviation assembly experience preferred.
