Warehouse Dock Master

Pay: $18–$22 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Hours: 8:00 AM until dock operations are complete, typically 5:00–6:00 PM, with at least a 1-hour lunch
Location: South of DFW Airport

We’re hiring a dependable, organized Dock Master to coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations. This role is responsible for keeping deliveries moving, managing dock pickups, and ensuring shipments are processed safely and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and scan packages.
• Verify shipments and distribute deliveries to internal teams.
• Schedule carrier pickups and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Direct dock traffic and communicate with drivers and internal teams.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient dock.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or dock operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive cargo vans and box trucks.
• Basic Microsoft Office and inventory tracking skills.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and driving record checks.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
