Diamond Select, Inc. is actively seeking dynamic, results-driven Restaurant General Managers to lead our Taco Bell locations across the greater Orlando area. We are also hiring Assistant Managers—compensation ranges up to $50k for Assistant Managers and up to $65k for General Managers, backed by a robust bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.

Locations: Greater Orlando Area (including Mount Dora, Green Cove, and Interlachen)

Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant General Manager, you are the heartbeat of your store. Culture is everything: your restaurant should be an incredible place to work and operate seamlessly, even in your absence. Your leadership focuses on three core pillars:

1. People: Build & Develop Your Team

• Talent Acquisition: Source, hire, and onboard top-tier Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Training & Growth: Execute structured training plans and champion the ongoing development of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
• Bench Planning: Complete Restaurant People Plans and lead proactive bench planning sessions.
• Engagement & Culture: Lead regular manager meetings and 1-on-1s with team members, consistently recognizing performance and resolving conflicts swiftly and fairly.

2. Customers: Drive Unmatched Satisfaction

• Lead by Example: Model positive, energetic interactions with every customer.
• Service Recovery: Ensure customer issues are resolved immediately and effectively.
• Operational Excellence: Build smart, data-driven schedules that match business demands and coach your management team to prioritize the guest experience.

3. Sales & Profits: Master the P&L

• Financial Acumen: Analyze restaurant financial performance and build actionable follow-up plans to maximize profitability without ever compromising quality or service.
• Budget Management: Oversee and manage the restaurant budget with discipline and precision.
