Cabinet Assembler

The Cabinet Assembler will build residential and custom cabinetry in a custom workshop environment, following detailed shop drawings, standardized work instructions, and direction from the production supervisor. This role requires accurate material preparation, skilled use of tools and equipment, and careful attention to quality throughout the assembly process.

Responsibilities

• Assemble residential and custom cabinetry.
• Prepare cabinet components for assembly.
• Install hardware and cabinet fittings.
• Measure materials accurately before cutting or assembly.
• Operate power tools safely and effectively.
• Apply edge banding to cabinet components.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Follow detailed shop drawings, standardized work instructions, and supervisor direction.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in cabinet assembly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cabinet assembly and woodworking.
• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to measure materials accurately.
• Experience performing quality inspections.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
