TN Assembler Grade 2

General Summary:

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inspect the quality of the coil by checking hairpins, fins, overall aesthetics of the coil, and cleaning an excess oil 
• Cut copper tubes and flare the ends in prep for circuiting using return bends
• Per the blueprint, circuit coil
• Ensure quality of the coil for the next process 

Job Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented
• Work independently
• Blueprint reading skills
• The ability to understand and convert decimals and fractions
• Good communication skills

Physical Requirements for the job

• Ability to move at least 50lbs
• Ability to stand and use hand tools 8-10hrs per day
• Pushing/pulling copper tubing 8-10hrs a day
• Wear the necessary PPE for the position
