Restaurant Managers / Shift Leads

At Farmer Boys, we are famous for farm-fresh burgers, all-day breakfast, and friendly service. We believe in serving the best food and taking care of our team. We are currently expanding our leadership team at our North Las Vegas location and are looking for strong restaurant leaders to help guide our team to success.

Pay Rate

• $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

The Job

• Run smooth, efficient shifts and support front-of-house and kitchen team members.
• Count cash drawers and manage daily register reconciliations.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and speed of service.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, respectful work environment.

What We Look For

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership/supervisory experience.
• A reliable, calm attitude under pressure with strong communication skills.

Available Shifts

• Morning Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Closing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (No overnight hours!)
• Full-time and part-time positions available.
