About the Role
Patrol apartment communities and amenity areas to spot fire hazards and keep work areas safe, especially during hot work or when fire protection systems are offline. You’re the first line of defense.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to identify and prevent fire hazards
• Keep accurate firewatch logs and inspection records
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents to site supervisors right away
• Confirm fire extinguishers and emergency equipment are in place and accessible
• Stay alert and on-site for the full shift
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Able to stand and walk for long periods
• Dependable, alert, and able to follow instructions
• Firewatch, security, or general labor experience a plus, not required
• Open to temporary or temp-to-hire work
