Your Mission

As a Home Health RN, you are the architect of a patient’s recovery. Your goal is to guide patients back to their highest level of independence and well‐being within the comfort of their own homes.

What You Bring

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and autonomous professional who thrives on one‐on‐one patient interaction.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Licensure: Active Colorado RN License (in good standing)
• Experience: At least one (1) year of RN experience; Home Health and OASIS familiarity are strong pluses
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Mobility: Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle for community‐based care
