Merchandise Coordinator

Branded Merchandise Coordinator - 6-to-12-month Contractor -

Working at our Financial Services client's prestigious offices in downtown Chicago - fully on site 5 days a week.

Swag Program Management: Own the day-to-day coordination and execution of branded merchandise and promotional products program across the organization. 

Responsibilities include:

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with merchandise vendors, including product sourcing, pricing, ordering, production timelines and quality control.
• Internal Stakeholder Support: Partner with marketing teams and business stakeholders to identify, source and deliver branded merchandise for campaigns, client meetings, employee initiatives and other business needs.
• Event Merchandise: Coordinate swag needs for conferences, sponsorships, trade shows, client events and internal events, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate quantities.
• Brand Compliance: Work closely with the Brand and Creative teams to ensure all merchandise adheres to company brand standards and quality expectations.
• Inventory Management: Track and manage merchandise inventory, monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment and maintain accurate records. Lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Fulfillment & Distribution: Oversee merchandise fulfillment, shipping, logistics and distribution to offices, events, clients and employees.
• Budget & Order Tracking: Manage purchase orders, vendor invoices, merchandise spending and order tracking to ensure cost-effective execution.
• Process Improvement: Maintain organized ordering and fulfillment processes, identify efficiencies and help streamline merchandise requests across the organization.
