Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Outpatient setting only.
• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Schedule may be 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts.
• No weekends.
• 45-minute appointments.
• No dovetail scheduling.
• No double booking.
• Patient population includes pediatric to geriatric.
