Physical Therapist - Travel Contract - Now Hiring

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• DPT
• Efficiency with HCHB electronic charting system
• Knowledge of disease processes and patient education

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Mileage reimbursement begins after the first patient and continues through the last patient
• Coverage area includes Clay, Cleburne, Randolph, and Tallapoosa counties

Location Highlights

Ashland offers a quiet small-town setting in east-central Alabama with access to outdoor recreation and regional drives. Cheaha State Park, home to Alabama's highest point, is about 20 miles away and offers hiking trails and scenic overlooks in the Talladega National Forest. Lake Wedowee is within about 30 miles and provides boating, fishing, and waterfront recreation for clinicians who enjoy a slower-paced assignment. Birmingham is roughly 80 miles west and Montgomery is about 90 miles south, giving access to larger-city dining, shopping, and entertainment on days off.
