Carpenter - Now Hiring

We are seeking an apprentice carpenter to join our team working on an exciting retail building project in Loveland, Colorado. This project involves the construction of 12 retail buildings and is expected to continue through October 2027. The role requires performing various rough carpentry tasks, including blocking and backing work, installing anchor bolt templates, and door hardware. Versatility is key as tasks may vary depending on site needs.

• Work on retail and office building construction projects.

• 1 to 2 years of carpentry experience.
• Knowledge of construction and carpentry techniques.
• Ability to perform versatile, all-around rough carpentry tasks.

• Experience as a carpenter apprentice for 1-2 years.

The company supplies all necessary tools and safety equipment such as hard hats, glasses, and gloves. This position is located in Loveland, Colorado, on a retail project involving 12 retail buildings and one three-story office building. There are approximately 55 subcontracts on site, and work is scheduled from Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays. After October 2027, there is a possibility to transition to another project on Highway 7 in Erie.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
