Babysitter Needed for my Children

Hi, my wife and I are searching for a reliable house manager + nanny to help with our growing family. Responsibilities include cooking, cleaning, childcare as needed, driving kids to activities and organizing/managing our home. We have two young boys, age 4 and 2, who are fun, energetic, and curious. Our schedule is variable so we would appreciate somebody that can offer flexibility. Ideally we'd like to find somebody who can be supportive for our family for a long period of time as it continues to grow!
