Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a kind , loving. And caring babysitter for my 11 years old daughter with special needs. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car and who does not smoke. I am looking for someone in the long run .. 8 hours preferred from Monday - Friday .., but if I find a good match and they want to do less hours that is fine too .. I need someone reliable and trustworthy.
