Nanny Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for my children in Willoughby. I am expecting twins in November and currently have a 20-month-old. We are looking for an additional nanny to help with our infant twins and work with my mother in law who currently takes care of our 20-month-old. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. The schedule may vary and can be flexible since we will have two Nannies.
