Caregiver would be working with my husband to help get the two kids ready for preschool and daycare. Caregiver should be comfortable with diaper changes and dressing the younger child. Caregiver should feel comfortable jumping in when needed, and perhaps light cleaning of areas used by caregiver (help pick up toys, put stuff away).
