Caregiver Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I am needing someone to drive me to my GI procedure and back home. This appointment may last up to an hour, but in order to schedule the procedure, I need someone to stay at the appointment with me and drive me home. No complications are expected as procedures are simple. I just need transportation. I am unsure when the appointment may be, but it might be scheduled in the next few months.
