At Allure of Quad Cities, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional leadership. We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our Nursing Department and guide our team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

This is a key leadership role for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about mentoring teams, improving outcomes, and building a culture of accountability and excellence.

As Director of Nursing, you will:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services

• Ensure clinical excellence and full regulatory compliance

• Lead and strengthen the QAPI program and quality initiatives

• Monitor and improve Quality Measures, outcomes, and survey performance

• Conduct daily clinical rounding to support staff and ensure standards are met

• Mentor and develop nursing leaders and frontline staff

• Collaborate with the Administrator, Medical Director, and interdisciplinary team

• Lead survey readiness efforts and oversee plans of correction

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare

• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and clinical standards

• Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve outcomes

• Experience with Quality Measures, audits, and performance improvement

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
