Job Title: RN – Med/Surg 
Location: Grand Junction, CO 81501
Duration: 13+ Weeks | Possible Extension
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM | 3×12-Hour Shifts
Pay: Local: $65/hrs. on W2
Travel Pay: $2490/Weekly (Blended)

Job Summary:

• Provide nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and refer patients as needed.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and follow safety standards.
• Float to other departments within competency and qualifications as needed.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of nursing experience
• Active Single-State RN or Compact RN License
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• ACLS (AHA) – Required
• NIHSS – Required
