RN_OBU/L&D RN (Nights) opening in Fort Defiance AZ. Below is the estimated pay rate.

• Location: Fort Defiance AZ 86504
• Shift Information: 12-Hour Night shift. Must be flexible, to work Day Shift, weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Required Certifications: American Heart Association ACLS OR ALSO, BLS, NRP AND AWHONN Advanced FHM required**. May substitute RNC-EFM for AWHONN FHM.

Gross Pay Weekly: $3247 (Based on 36hrs)
Weekly Taxable: $1980 ($55/hr x 36hrs)
Misc. and I E: $476 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging: $791 per week
OT Rate: $90 (After 40hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly: $2653 (based on 36hrs)

Gross Pay Weekly: $4187 (Based on 48hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly: $3311 (Based on 48hrs)
