Population 1600 New faciity open Nov 2016 LPN - 12 hour shifts - good chance for OT Point Click Care Comp charting Ratio's for the LPNs - Nights 1:16 (typical # of resident's) and 1 CNA Must take 30 minute break for 8 hour shift No facial piercings. Pretty slow paced environment Tobacco free facility - no smoking during shifts
