About the Role:

As the Director of Nursing (Long-term Care) at Outfield Healthcare Partners, you will lead our skilled nursing home team in providing exceptional care and improving the lives of our residents. Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage: Supervise a team of nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with the Medical Director, Administrators, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, reduce readmission rates, and improve overall outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.
• Stewardship: Manage budgets, resources, and staff to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Education and Training: Plan, coordinate, and provide education and training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
