Supervise and support weekend nursing staff and CNAs.
Oversee nursing operations and ensure quality resident care.
Complete resident assessments and assist with treatments as needed.
Communicate with physicians, families, and nursing leadership.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
Active, unencumbered North Carolina RN License
Current CPR Certification
Long-Term Care experience preferred
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
