Female RBT-English speaker-4 years with ASD-morning case

About the Role:
Autism Family is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a 4-year-old child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Poinciana, FL area. This is a rewarding morning case opportunity where you'll make a meaningful difference in a child's development and daily life. Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions with a 4-year-old client diagnosed with ASD during morning hours
• Collect accurate data on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Maintain a safe, positive, and structured learning environment
• Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA and family regarding client progress
• Follow all session protocols, behavior support plans, and ethical guidelines

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required
• Female candidate required per family preference
• English fluency required for effective communication with the family and clinical team
• Prior experience working with children with ASD and applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Availability during morning hours on a consistent schedule
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a home-based setting
