About Us

Client is hiring Class A CDL drivers based in Tipp City, OH, to haul grocery items for our dedicated customer. This account offers no-touch freight and 95% drop-and-hook.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes within a 6-state radius

• Haul grocery items for the dedicated customer

• Run primarily drop and hook, no-touch freight

• Complete reports and records accurately

• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures

Compensation

• $0.63 per mile base pay

• $0.88 per mile for weekend miles

• $0.10 per mile production bonus when you drive more than 2,000 miles per week

• Drivers running 2,500 miles per week, including weekends, earn $2,000+ per week

• Pay increases over 7 years

• $2,500 sign-on bonus

Schedule

• Five-day work week with 2 consecutive days off

• Current schedules: Sunday to Thursday, Monday to Friday, and Tuesday to Saturday, with various start times

• Weekend schedules available for drivers who want to earn more

• 2 weeks of PTO accrued in the first year

Equipment

• Newer-model Freightliners

• 95% drop and hook for quick deliveries

Minimum Requirements

• At least 22 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)

• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the past three years

• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years

• A profile created in the DOT Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse at clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov before hire
