RN_OR (Operating Room) opening in Peru, IL. Below is the estimated pay rate.

• Location: Peru, IL, 61354
• Shift Notes: Monday-Friday 830a-5pm with varied day off every other week; weeknight, weekend, holiday call rotation
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Gross Pay Weekly: $3147 (based on 40hrs)
Weekly Taxable: $1880 ($47/hr x 40hrs)
Misc. and I E: $476 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging: $791 per week
OT Rate: $85 (After 40hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly: $2583 (Based on 40hrs)

Gross Pay Weekly: $3827 (Based on 48hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly: $3059 (based on 48hrs)
