Registered Nurse/Behavioral Health

Position Overview

Join our dedicated team in the ED MH suite, caring for high acuity mental health patients. We are looking for a skilled RN with experience in behavioral health, especially with neurodiverse patients, including those with non-verbal autism.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Certifications: BLS required
• Weekend Work: Every other weekend
• On-call: No
• Local Applicants: Accepted
• Pending State License: Accepted
• Requested Time Off: Ideally no more than 5 days

Special Requirements

• MN Fingerprints required before starting onsite
• Acute care for adults ages 18-65, with an average length of stay of 7-9 days
• Work in CK4800 closed observation suite with neurodiverse non-verbal patients
• Familiarity with Restraint Chair, Hover Jack, Duress badges, IV pump, feeding pump, NG tubes
