Supervisory Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff, home health aides, and caregivers to ensure high-quality patient care
• Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor ongoing patient progress
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing private home care services
• Perform field visits to evaluate staff performance and patient satisfaction
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Provide clinical guidance, staff education, and in-service training as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure proper record-keeping standards

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
• Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or private care settings
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical environment strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations, OASIS documentation, and care planning
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for field visits
