Position: RN CVOR

Schedule/Shift: Full-Time | Days | Will be able to choose (4) 10-hour shifts or (5) 8-hour shifts:

• Days (Rotating Weekends): (5) 8 hour shifts ( Starting at 6:30 AM)
• Days (Rotating Weekends): (4) 10 hour shifts (Starting at 6:30 AM)

Job Summary:  

• The CVOR RN must have a culture of mutual respect and collaboration among all surgical staff 
• Continuous investment in equipment including surgical instruments, devices and patient positioning for you to do your best work with patient safety and workflow efficiency in the Operating Room 
• Rounding with unit leaders, including charge nurses, to ensure your voice is heard on suggestions for patient care and surgical workflow improvement 
• On-call is required during select non-business hours 

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of Recent Acute Care CVOR RN experience Required.
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• (APRN) Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or (RN) Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course, or PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date

Compensation:

Salary Range: UP to $49,55/hr. (17 + years of experience)

On Call Rate: The on-call pay is $4.00 an hr. and if called in gets time and half of pay rate

Sign On: $15,000
