Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a nanny to help with care for our 1-year-old. He's actively crawling and cruising and loves music and story time. We also have a cat. He is hypo-allergenic, but if cat's are not your thing, best to know that up front. I am a stay-at-home dad, and mostly need help so I can get a few things done during the day so I'm not cleaning our kitchen until midnight. I'd love some help from 8 or 9 a.m. to 12PM, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, but being a stay-at home-dad means that the schedule is somewhat flexible. Our hope would be that someone would want to stick with us through this school year.
