Babysitter Needed

Im looking for reliable childcare assistance for this week coming Monday the 9th to pick them up after school, and keep them until I get home. My schedule is not set so pickups based are on my work schedule. Communication, reliability, and consistency are extremely important. Payment will be made weekly at an agreed-upon flat rate rather than an hourly rate, with a weekly budget. Im looking for someone dependable who can communicate clearly and work with my changing schedule to help ensure my children are cared for safely and on time.
