Babysitter Needed for my Children

Looking for a reliable, patient nanny to care for my children, ages 7 and 17 months, in our home. My daughter is autistic, nonverbal, and takes medication. I'm seeking someone compassionate who is willing to learn her communication and care needs. Schedule: Weekdays: 1:30 PM-12:15 AM; approximately two overnight shifts per week, 6:25 PM-8 AM; and every third weekend as needed. Responsibilities include childcare, meals, playtime, bedtime routines, and following care instructions. Experience with young children and autism is a plus.
