Nanny Needed

Im a realtor and mom looking for a caring, dependable person to help with my daughter. Real estate doesn't always come with predictable hours, so I would love to find someone who has flexibility and can become a familiar, trusted part of our routine! This would be a paid as needed position with Varying hours, rather than a set weekly schedule. Help will include picking her up from school, taking her to cheer practices, spending time with her doing homework, watching her if I have evening showings. Possible short notice help with needed.
