Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Hello! We are looking for a mommy's helper beginning November that will gradually be open to part-time nanny beginning in January (20-22 hours a week). Someone experienced with 3-month-old. Someone who is a self-starter, warm, compassionate, sensitive, takes initiative with baby and is a good communicator. Someone who will be silly with and talk to baby alot. And someone who is open to light house cooking and occasional meal prep! Someone who is open to inconsistent and flexible hours to begin in mommys helper role.
