Delaney Tire & Auto is growing, and we're looking for a skilled B-Level Automotive Technician who wants to work in a professional, team-oriented environment.

We're a locally owned, veteran-owned automotive repair shop with 8 service bays, and we're looking for dependable technicians who take pride in their work.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling system, and general automotive repairs.
  
  
• Diagnose common mechanical and electrical concerns.
  
  
• Perform alignments and maintenance services as qualified.
  
  
• Complete accurate digital vehicle inspections.
  
  
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and torque specifications.
  
  
• Perform final quality-control checks.
  
  
• Communicate repair findings with the Service Manager.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
  
  
• Ability to perform most general automotive repairs independently.
  
  
• Basic-to-intermediate diagnostic skills.
  
  
• Own basic professional automotive tools.
  
  
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  
  
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  
  
• ASE certifications are a plus.
  
  

Competitive Pay — Multiple Options Available

We offer compensation options based on experience and qualifications:

• Flat Rate: Earn based on billed labor hours.
  
  
• Hourly: Consistent hourly compensation.
  
  
• Hourly + Production Bonus: Additional earning potential for strong performance.
  
  

Flat-rate amounts are per flagged hour. Final pay terms depend on the agreed compensation plan.
