Mechatronics Maintenance Specialist -- Industrial Manufacturing

What You’ll Own

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment issues
• Interpret blueprints and electrical schematics to guide repairs
• Deploy multimeters and diagnostic instruments to verify root cause
• Execute preventive and on-demand maintenance across production assets
• Restore uptime quickly through decisive, efficient troubleshooting
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with operations and maintenance to enhance reliability

Be Effective on Day One

Arrive with practical experience in:

• Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting
• Electrical diagnostics using a multimeter
• Reading and applying schematics/blueprints
• Industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical repair

Preferred Experience

• Multi-craft maintenance capability (strongly preferred)
• Background in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
• Work with conveyors, motors, pumps, sensors, or automated machinery
• Independent, resourceful problem-solver

Schedule & Environment

• 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3)
• Industrial manufacturing floor
