What you’ll do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for engineering roles across manufacturing.
• Engage candidates via job boards, social media, and industry networking events.
• Screen and interview to validate qualifications and fit.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
• Track all activities and communications accurately in our systems.
• Provide regular progress updates and metrics.
• Operate within company policies and legal guidelines throughout the process.

Bring these strengths

• 2+ years recruiting for engineering positions; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Understanding of engineering functions and hiring criteria.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
• Fluency with ATS/recruiting software.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Education: Accredited HSD/GED required; Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
