Store Manager

Job Overview:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, inventory control, customer service, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Create work schedules and manage employee time off requests
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
