Multiple Part-Time 2nd shift positions available with regular opportunities to advance to Full-Time! Applicants should be available to work every other weekend.

Need some flexibility? We’re hiring On-Call/PRN Employees! Our On-Call/PRN employees work on an “as needed” basis with no permanent schedule. They help cover vacations, staffing shortages, and staff call-ins when they’re available. These staff can train with multiple homes in their area to pick up more hours, gain experience, and get first opportunity for permanent positions as they become available!

What You'll Do:

• Provide Personalized Support – Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal care as needed.
• Promote Independence – Encourage and support individuals in achieving their personal goals while fostering self-sufficiency.
• Engage in the Community – Accompany and assist individuals in community activities, appointments, and social outings.
• Advocate for Individuals – Ensure individuals’ rights, choices, and dignity are respected and upheld.
• Be a Role Model – Demonstrate patience, compassion, and encouragement in all interactions.
