Childcare Needed

We are in need of a trustworthy, kind, and fun person to help look after our 2. 5-year-old daughter and 4-month-old twin boys. I would like assistance with daily care routines, light tidying up, and engaging children with age appropriate activities. We do not use electronics around our children and they do no watch tv. Our daughter loves to be outside and help with all household chores. She's a very talkative, sweet, and easy to engage toddler. The twins are starting to show their little personalities and we look forward to all the chaos when they are finally mobile. Overall just looking for someone to click with our family and help mom survive 3 kids under 3.
