Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) | Hybrid Required Skills

• Salary range: $140,000–$170,000, depending on experience
• Work environment: Hybrid (in-office presence required)
• Proven plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience with increasing responsibility
• Ability to manage cases end-to-end, including strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial prep
• Strong legal research and writing (motions, briefs, pleadings, memoranda)
• Strong negotiation and settlement capabilities
• Confident courtroom advocacy (hearings and trials as needed)
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and deadline management
• Strong client communication skills and professional judgment

Nice to Have Skills

• Meaningful trial experience (including trials to verdict)
• Experience handling appeals or appellate briefing support
• Background in managing higher-volume caseloads while maintaining quality and responsiveness

Preferred Education and Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Several years of relevant litigation experience (plaintiff-side personal injury strongly preferred)

Other Requirements

• Active license and good standing with the Texas State Bar
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and comply with procedural requirements
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule aligned with business needs
