Transactional Paralegal

The Transactional Paralegal will support a small legal team handling real estate transactions and civil litigation. Reporting to an attorney or partner, this role will conduct document review and legal research, assist with legal drafting and contract review, and maintain accurate electronic filings. No travel is expected for closings, filings, or client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Review legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions and civil litigation.
• Conduct legal research to support attorneys and partners.
• Draft and revise legal documents.
• Manage electronic filing systems and maintain organized matter files.
• Support attorneys or partners within a small legal team.
• Assist with transaction and litigation documentation as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transactional paralegal work.
• Legal document drafting experience.
• Contract review experience.
• Legal research skills.
• Experience with electronic filing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Effective communication skills.
